Code of ConductThe Diamond Standard, PSP's Code of Business Conduct summarizes many of the ethical principles and policies created to deal with issues such as bribery, political contributions, equal employment opportunity, and environment, health and safety. All of us at PSP, no matter where we happen to live, are expected to apply these principles in the daily performance of our job responsibilities.
The PSP Code of Conduct governs all transactions of the Company and is the basis for our decisions and activities. We have a responsibility to act ethically, with the highest integrity and in full compliance with all applicable laws. Most importantly, our Code outlines our strategy for doing business the right way, every day.
PSP shall achieve prosperity based on solid foundation by placing prime importance on integrity and sound management in the conduct of its business. PSP business interest must always be in harmony with public interest; PSP shall adapt to good times and bad times but will not pursue immoral business.
